About the Conference
Connecting Communities North and South will bring practitioners, service planners, academics and beneficiaries together to explore the many positives and current challenges and identify practical, actionable solutions to support the continued advancement of Social Prescribing, with a focus on evaluation methods and tools, programme evidence, cost-effectiveness, and social return on investment.
Purpose:
We are motivated to come together to share and to build strategies for action, framed by our mutual interests to impact policy and practice.
