Communications Working Group
The Communications Working Group leverages digital channels to engage stakeholders, raise awareness, and support the objectives of the All-Ireland Social Prescribing Network (AISPN). By providing strategic guidance, oversight, and support, the group ensures that AISPN’s digital communications are cohesive, impactful, and aligned with its mission and values. This includes developing and implementing actionable communications plans, reviewing and maintaining the website, managing social media channels, and supporting national campaigns and initiatives to promote social prescribing and community wellbeing.

Noreen Turley is Communications Manager at the Health Service Executive (HSE), where she leads public health campaigns and communications for HSE Health and Wellbeing. She has extensive experience in health communications and has served as host of the HSE Talking Health & Wellbeing podcast, covering topics such as social prescribing and the benefits of connecting people with community supports and local resources.

Elemental Identity Working Group
Helen Smith works with Access Elemental, a leading social prescribing software platform that supports health and social care professionals, community development workers, and frontline services to better respond to non-clinical and social needs within communities. Access Elemental seeks to strengthen referral pathways, improve service coordination, and help organisations measure impact and return on investment, ensuring individuals are empowered to access local supports that enhance their health, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Babs Leonard is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector, specialising in organisational and personal wellbeing, programme management, policy development, and the delivery of effective support systems across homelessness, addiction, family support, and youth services. A qualified Meditation Teacher, Babs works with statutory bodies, and charities, bringing strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and a deep commitment to best practice, safeguarding, and continuous professional development.

Kathleen Kemp

Kathleen Kemp is the Administration & Communications Officer at the Family Resource Centre National Forum, supporting digital communications, website management, and social media engagement for FRCNF projects and initiatives. She also oversees the All‑Ireland Social Prescribing Network (AISPN) website and administers the Social Prescribing Learning Network (SPLN) platform.
