International Social Prescribing Day on Thursday, 9th March 2023 was a celebration of social prescribing, highlighting the impact it can have on the health and wellbeing of people across the country. On March 9th social prescribing services across the island hosted a range of events to publicise and celebrate social prescribing.
On the day, Orla Walsh, Project Manager with the HSE and member of the AISPN was interviewed on the RTE Radio 1 Drivetime show about social prescribing.
