The communications committee leverages digital channels to effectively communicate with stakeholders, build awareness, and achieve AISPN goals. By providing strategic guidance, oversight, and support, the committee helps to ensure that the digital communication efforts are cohesive, impactful, and aligned with its mission and values.

Elemental Identity Working Group

Jennifer is driven by a passion for ending health inequalities. She set up Elemental with Leeann Monk, to establish, scale and measure the impact of social prescribing, connecting people, building communities, and improving lives. Jennifer works every day on that mission, to spread the word about the social prescribing movement and demonstrate the uptake and impact.

Eithne Foley

North Cork Social Prescribing Link Worker & Irish Social Prescribing Peer Network Representative.

Eithne Foley has been employed as a Link Worker since January 2020, based in the Le Chéile Family Resource Centre in Mallow.  Eithne represents the Irish Social Prescribing Peer Network on the Steering Group. With a background in sociology, Eithne is passionate about empowering the people she works with to improve their wellbeing through social connection.

Susan believes in the importance of designing policy, practice and services around the evidence of social need. She was involved in the development of the first Waterford Social Prescribing Service. Having witnessed the power of working together, Susan values calibration and partnerships as a mechanism to develop Social Prescribing in Ireland.

Kathleen Kemp

Project Officer

FRC National Forum 

​​Kathleen works with the FRC National Forum, implementing the National FRC Mental Health Promotion Project digital communications, website, and social media strategy. Kathleen believes that the work of the AISPN will help educate the public and influence policymakers around the significant benefits and positive outcomes of Social Prescribing.
