The communications committee leverages digital channels to effectively communicate with stakeholders, build awareness, and achieve AISPN goals. By providing strategic guidance, oversight, and support, the committee helps to ensure that the digital communication efforts are cohesive, impactful, and aligned with its mission and values.

Jennifer is driven by her passion for ending health inequalities. She set up Elemental with Leeann Monk to establish, scale, and measure the impact of social prescribing, connecting people, building communities, and improving lives. Jennifer works every day on that mission, spreading the word about the social prescribing movement and demonstrating its uptake and impact.
Eithne Foley
North Cork Social Prescribing Link Worker & Irish Social Prescribing Peer Network Representative.
Eithne Foley has been a Social Prescribing Link Worker since January 2020, based in the Le Chéile Family Resource Centre in Mallow. Eithne represents the Irish Social Prescribing Peer Network on the Steering Group. With a background in sociology, Eithne is passionate about empowering the people she works with to improve their wellbeing through social connection.

Kathleen believes that the work of the AISPN will help educate the public and influence policymakers around the significant benefits and positive outcomes of Social Prescribing.
